Terms & Conditions
March 2026
1. Welcome to Optim
2. Service model: transparent and flexible
Optim may offer different service modalities depending on region, language or app version: for example, free access with advertising, lead-based funding or a Premium subscription. Cost, advertising and limit details are always shown clearly in the interface before they apply. No surprises: you see what applies to your account before you commit.
3. Free version limits
The free version may be subject to contract registration limits set by the platform (e.g. a maximum number of policies or utilities). Those limits can be extended via the Premium tier. We will inform you of the limit that applies to you in the app itself.
4. What we do for you
We let you register your policies, view your expenses and receive alerts so you never miss a renewal. Savings offers (e.g. via «View Offers») are an optional feature: you only activate them when you request them, and only then do we share data with partners to manage the offer.
5. Third-party data: your responsibility
If you register other people’s personal data (family, acquaintances) in the app, such as name, ID or policy details, you are responsible for having their express consent before entering it. Optim does not verify that consent; it is your obligation to obtain and retain it where required by law.
6. Your responsibilities
You own your information. You agree to enter accurate data. Optim is an organisation assistant; the final decision to take out or renew with a third party is always yours.
7. Limitation of liability
Renewal alerts are a support tool. We do our best to make them work, but we do not guarantee 100% delivery of notifications due to factors outside our control (device settings, network, operating system). You are legally responsible for your contracts and for meeting deadlines with your providers. Optim helps you not forget; it does not replace your obligation to review and renew with each insurer or company.
8. Changes and discontinuation
Changes: We may modify these terms by giving you 30 days’ notice by email. Continued use after that date implies acceptance of the new terms.
Discontinuation: The service owner may discontinue the application at any time by giving users 30 days’ notice by email. During that period you will be able to export your data in CSV or JSON format so you lose nothing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the user’s place of residence, in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.
