For the app to work: your email to create your account and your policy data (provider, date and price) to send you renewal alerts.

To help you save: if you give your consent, we use your data to send you news and personalised savings offers from partner third parties. When you generate a savings request (lead), the system stores an immutable snapshot of your policy data at that moment to ensure the integrity of the offer and consent traceability.

On the website: we use Plausible Analytics, a tool that does not use cookies and respects your privacy.

We only share data with external providers (insurers, utility companies, etc.) when you actively request it. For example, when you use the «View Offers» feature to get a savings proposal. We then explain what data is sent and to whom. Without your explicit action, we do not share your information with those third parties.

Crash and diagnostic logs are used solely for internal technical purposes: to improve app stability and fix errors. They are not shared with third parties and are not used for advertising or profiling. Your privacy remains intact.

• Service provision: performance of the contract accepted when you register (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Offers and commercial communications: explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time without affecting the basic service.

Your data is stored on Supabase and isolated by Row Level Security (RLS): at database level, each user can only access their own records. We never sell your data. We only share it with partners when you expressly request an offer (e.g. via «View Offers») to manage that proposal.

You have full control. You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent for commercial offers at any time from the app settings or by writing to us at . We will respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We keep your data while you use the app. If you request deletion, we will remove it within 30 days at the latest. In the event of a permanent closure of the platform, we will give you 30 days to download your information before full deletion.
